1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use cuntent.lol, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. Content must be legal in your jurisdiction.

2. What we provide

A ranked directory of links. We do not host, produce, sell or distribute media. Every listing points to a page controlled by the person who listed it, and we make no representation about what is on it.

3. Listings

You may only list a link you own or are authorised to promote. You are responsible for the destination and for everything on it, including its compliance with record-keeping laws applicable to adult content.

4. Payments

Bids are final and non-refundable. Rank is not a good or a service we guarantee for any period. It is a position on a public board that anyone may take from you at any time by paying more. Payments are currently simulated and no money changes hands.

5. Removal

We may remove any listing at any time, without refund, if it is illegal, non-consensual, impersonating someone, involves a minor, or breaks the posted rules.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, traffic, click volume, or any commercial result from a listing.

7. Changes

We may change these terms and the board rules. Material changes to bidding mechanics will not retroactively reduce a total you have already paid.
